Appropriate Technology

I have always maintained that the potential for disaster far outweighs the potential for production with regard to computers. I can't get access to my email account. The amount of time it will take to learn how to use this tool will never equal the time I save by using it. Not in my business. It is so very exasperating when you get stuck trying to do something. If you have begun to depend on it for communication, even my entire tiny address book is there and inaccessible. I am guessing the security system is where the problem lies, which is so ironic. I guess I'll just go ahead and run the sawmill today. That's a technology I have so far been relatively able to understand. I should never have been tempted to indulge in this perverse mode of communication. I can't even email Davey to help me because I don't know his address.
